Thomas F. Valone, PhD, PE, physicist and licensed professional engineer with over 30 years professional experience, is a former patent examiner, research engineer, instrumentation designer, CEO, and currently an author, lecturer, and consultant on future energy developments. He is President and founder of Integrity Research Institute and formerly the Research Director for Scott Aviation-ATO, Inc. His accomplishments include circuit development of the HullCom® for naval intraship communication, a narrowband 60 Hz gauss meter without harmonic distortion, two bioelectric energy devices, and a dental mercury vapor ionizer-precipitator.

Dr. Valone will be speaking to us about the energy systems of UFOs and attempts to duplicate this technology for use by human societies. Magnetism is the only force in nature not directly harnessed for energy usage. While some UFO reports describe permanent magnet-powered craft, building a practical replication is often very elusive. Past projects undertaken include the N-Machine (homopolar generator) and the Searl Effect Generator (SEG), as well as the Paulsen Mu Disk, and the Concrete Butterfly–all of which have UFO origins. The latest Magnetic Energy Converter (MEC) project in Russia fits the Paulsen description and may be leading to free energy from magnets. The findings and test results of the MEC Magnetic Motor Reproduction Project will be discussed, along with an overview and history of promising designs. Valone will give us a description of the historical UFO connection to the study of electrogravitics, which is the subject of two of his books. He will speak about electro kinetics and a ground breaking Norton AFB demonstration of this technology. Valone will be screening a short clip from the Discovery Channels Strangest UFO Stories, which features his commentary.
