UFO Shootdowns

UFO researchers Stanton Friedman & Frank Feschino Jr. discussed fighter accidents & vanished planes in the 1950s, which they related to UFOs and the military’s ‘shoot down’ era. In the 1950s, the US military had standing orders to shoot down unidentified craft if they didn’t land when instructed– and it appears that UFOs shot back, said Friedman. There is no question that our planes were the aggressors, he commented.

There were many pilot deaths and mysterious military plane incidents during the early to mid 1950s. In fact, the New York Times, described jets as “disintegrated and disappeared” in their coverage, Friedman reported. Feschino detailed how a F-86 jet fighter plane crashed in South Glastonbury, CT on August 5, 1952 under mysterious circumstances and connected it to a UFO flap that was occurring that summer. Project Bluebook contained 1500 reports from 1952, with over 300 of them classified as unidentified, he continued.

The Flatwoods Monster case also took place in the summer of ’52– there were sightings over 11 states the night the curious craft/robot set down in Braxton County, Feschino noted. On that same night, thirty objects were seen coming in over the Eastern Seaboard, and appeared to be following a craft that was damaged, he added. Friedman suggested that the US military eventually gave up on their shootdown policy, and instead began simply observing UFOs with their instruments. The Betty & Barney Hill case, which Friedman wrote about in his new book Captured! was also discussed.

NASA UFOs: STS-75 The Tether Incident

Over the last 10 year I have worked on several UFO projects one of which is NASA’s STS 75 Columbia Space Shuttle Tether Science Mission TSS-1R launched on February 22, 1996 from Kennedy Space Center Florida. The orbital altitude was 160 nautical miles with a mission duration of 15 days, 17 hours, 41 minutes, 25 seconds and a distance of 6.5 million miles traveled. The payload deployed was an Italian built Tether designed to gather data on voltage generated across the Tether while in the ionosphere. …

Hong Kong students criticize cancellation of UFO exopolitics course

Hong Kong University students have condemned the abrupt cancellation of a Exopolitics and UFO Phenomena course. The Hong Kong Institute of Ufology and the University jointly sponsored the optional course, it was scheduled for last September but it was cancelled by the University.

Apple Daily , the widest and most distributed newspaper from Hong Kong, reported in headlines that “A high level within the science faculty put pressure on Hong Kong University General Education Department and called off exopolitics lectures four hours before the doors opened” Based on the Apple Daily article, the Asia One News said “the course was delayed and discussions were held on offering it at a later date after some academics expressed reservations about its content, Moon Fong, a committee member of the institutem told AFP. Some members of the university’s science faculty were concerned that the course would present only the views of the UFO experts.” Fong said.

Clinton Library Releases Files On UFO’s

The following is news is dated 9th Nov 2007, but it is in reference with the above video.

President Clinton’s White House, the National Archives released files and photos yesterday (8th November 2007) responding to 14 Freedom of Information Act requests from the members of public.

The records appear unlikely to contain political bombshells, but there could be fodder for the tabloids. Many requests sought information about the Clinton White House’s records on unidentified flying objects or UFO’s

Unidentified Flying Object, Norway December 27th 08

A very quick and simple video – no time to heavy edit or fx ..
An unidentified flying object made itself visible at December 27th 2008 over a city in Norway, it was very cold and dark outside but a clear starry night nevertheless – even tho the cold temperature makes stars and planets appear smaller than with warm weather, the object in the sky was quite huge and clear, at least twice the size of planet Jupiter. Both Jupiter and Venus is located at different dec. and the object disappeared from location after 1 1/2 hour. The telescopic filters shows that the object pushes red light (high energy), and blocks blue, the object also appears to be of a Dropa shape – it is at least similar. We were 5 witnesses present when the object appeared.
