Could this UFO footage be real?

Opinion piece by Michael Cohen m.cohen@allnewsweb.com
I received the UFO clip below from a reader. I know very little about this UFO footage and hope that some readers might be able to fill in the gaps. The clip was supposedly shot somewhere in China.
I was initially reluctant to post it knowing that the debunkers out there and others would immediately label it as a computer generated image.
I have in fact shown it to a CGI expert who while doubting it’s authenticity noted that nothing specifically labeled it computer generated.
While I must stress that I too agree that odds are this is not a real UFO, one must ask oneself: If indeed UFOs are real and can be filmed clearly, in light of thousands of witness accounts, would they really look that different to this if indeed captured close-up?
It is fair to say that if one can’t at least entertain the possibility of such footage being real one rejects the notion of alien visitation to earth or at least common witness descriptions of UFOs. Of course it should be noted that such craft might be terrestrial in origin.
Truth is that debunkers don’t believe UFOs are real since they reject the notion that any intelligent non-human life can exist in the universe. This is human-supremacy in its most extreme manifestation. When their bubble is burst they kick, scream and froth at the mouth. When ‘analysing’ footage they work downwards from this ‘a priori’ assumption.
The disingenuous way in which debunkers approach this topic can be easily discerned. In the case of the footage below. Had the UFO not been visible from the start of the clip the following observation would have immediately been made: ‘How did the filmer know the UFO was there?’.
In this case the UFO can be seen poking out from behind the hill at the outset of the clip. The debunker will then move to the next most convenient way to disprove the video: ‘The camera follows the UFO too smoothly’. However we all know what would have been said if the witness didn’t follow the craft smoothly; ‘Why can’t UFO witnesses ever hold a camera still?’
Debunkers simply go down a list until they find something to strike the footage out with: and they always find something. Funnily, if any of these debunkers were to witness a UFO personally they would surely be converted in minutes to the most fanatic believers. Such is their arrogance.
Their own eyes they never do doubt.
Another group seriously hampering UFO research are the people that claim to be big-time UFO believers but also froth at the mouth and howl should any UFO footage come to light that doesn’t meet their ‘standards of authenticity’
These people will often make the comment ‘Such footage is the reason why governments and universities don’t take the UFO topic seriously’
This comment is rather contradictory. After all aren’t governments supposed to be covering-up knowledge of UFO and ET topics?
If Governments aren’t interested in UFOs with all their capabilities in regards to recording and tracking airborne objects then UFOs might well not exist: not that I for one minute think this is the case, but it should highlight the absurdity of the comment.
Sadly such people create as much reluctance on the part of witnesses to come forward as outright debunkers which begs the question:
Are these people the real nutcases of the UFO community who actually think that if they behave themselves Harvard might well be on the cusp of founding a ‘UFO studies department’, or are their motives more shadowy than this?
I must stress that I am not suggesting for one minute that researchers should not take a critical and logical approach to examining UFO footage. Obviously a hell of a lot of UFO footage is highly suspect and shows nothing of alien origin in the conventional, commonly understood sense (do humans really have any idea which of the things we perceive are or aren’t terrestrial?).
However the constant use of the words ‘fake’ and ‘hoax’ are in fact counter-productive and designed to ridicule, silence and intimidate. Those that claim interest in this topic and continually use these terms are clearly all about demonstrating their dubious intellectual superiority over others and showing ‘how good’ they are while putting down others. Their interest in the topic is about massaging their own egos, not finding the truth.
I suggest it would be more helpful to this topic to avoid the terms ‘fake’ and ‘hoax’ and replace them with terms like: uninteresting, interesting, very compelling and so forth.

Kansas 5-year-old draws UFO after reporting ’round plane with bolts’
January 29, 2010 by flyboysg2
A Kansas parent is wondering if their 5-year-old’s comments about “a round plane with bolts” and subsequent drawing could be an actual UFO sighting, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.
The January 25 event occurred as the parent was driving their child home from school. The child made the comment about something she saw in the sky, but the parent, who was driving, was unable to view the object.
Two days later, the parent asked the child to make drawings of what she saw.
The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If Kansas MUFON investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.
KS, January 25, 2010 – kid says round plane with bolts. MUFON Case # 21680.
I was driving my daughter home from school. She says to me look daddy, a round plane with bolts!
I really did not look because I was driving.
When we got home I began asking her questions. It was over a house and slowly moving south she pointed out to me.
What is really more bizzare to me is at age 5 I too saw my first UFO.
That was the first time my daughter even mentioned or talked about UFO. Two days later I asked her to draw me a picture of it. I was so amazed by this.
I said draw me another.
Almost a copy of the first one. I am so surprised because like I said never before did she ever known about UFO. See my girls pictures attached.

My friend Roger Marsh has just published a new book called Sacred Dialogue: Tuning Into Mother Nature’s Universal Broadcast Band. I urge all UFO and Paranormal readers, researchers, investigators and story tellers alike to get a copy and support Roger’s lifelong work.
Product Description
Sacred Dialogue: Tuning Into Mother Nature’s Universal Broadcast Band is a snapshot of one man’s life journey into the paranormal. Stories are told of unusual sights, sounds, dreams, info bursts, meditations, and telepathic communication with unknown sources. Writer Roger Marsh learned to accept and deal with the sixth sense in his life, and eventually experimented with a two-way style of learning about his environment and the future. The solutions for listening to the universe were all rather simple techniques and required no props or instruments. The dialogue eventually seemed to be natural and part of man’s ability if only he listens.
Roger is a paranormal and UFO writer whose work can be found several places, including Examiner.com.
Mars and Moon in heavenly show

Mars and the full Moon pair up to provide a grand celestial spectacle on Friday night.
The Red Planet, now 62 million miles from Earth, will be at its brightest this year as it lines up opposite the Sun.
At around 9pm, Mars will be above and to the left of the Moon, about the length of an outstretched fist away.
A standard SLR camera fitted with a telephoto lens is all you need to capture the scene, says Robin Scagell, from the Society for Popular Astronomy.
“Mars is looking really quite red and impressive at the moment, and the Moon will be full, he said. “It’s going to be a great sight and rather fun to look for.
“A telescope has too close a field of view, but with a 100mm telephoto lens you’d just about get them both in the picture, and you’ll be able to see details on the Moon.”
A pair of binoculars and a clear out-of-town sky will reveal an added bonus – the “beehive” star cluster – between the two objects, said Mr Scagell.
Mars is at its most spectacular when close to the Earth at opposition.
In 2003 the planet was just 35 million miles away as it faced the Sun, and more than four times brighter than it will be tomorrow night.

Opinion Piece by Michael Cohen: UFO and alien truth is finally coming out
January 28, 2010 by flyboysg2
James Clarkson, a retired police investigator and current MUFON chief investigator in Washington State recently penned an article that no doubt will send a small amount of shock waves through the UFO community.
In his brave article, James called into question the motives of MUFON: The organisation he has given so much time to. It probably wasn’t easy for James to have done this.
What makes the article all the more significant is the fact that James is undoubtedly one of the most credible and experienced people currently researching the UFO and ET issue.
The specific criticism James directed towards MUFON revolved around the fact that it’s outgoing International Director, Mr James Carrion, expressed disbelief in the Roswell UFO crash account. As is well known, for many ufologists the Roswell Incident is central to the entire topic.
I, for one, confess I seriously doubt anything extra-terrestrial crashed near Roswell (although I do not doubt something did indeed crash there).
My opinion is not based on any anti-Roswell agenda. I simply find the evidence unconvincing and seriously tarnished. I would have loved to believe that Roswell was a UFO or alien event (save for the fact that a few seemingly peaceful ETs were alleged to have died in it).
While I question Mr Clarkson’s take on the Roswell Incident, I do not doubt his good intentions and sincerity. Putting Roswell aside, Mr Clarkson might have good reasons for questioning MUFON’s integrity.
I myself have received numerous emails from ex-MUFON members and investigators swearing blind that MUFON’s directors have requested that they do not publicise and forget about certain sightings that might have been seen as ‘smoking guns’. I have also been informed by ex-investigators with MUFON of the organisation ‘confiscating’ highly convincing footage and making sure it never gets revealed to the public.
Of course these are only allegations and perhaps out of fear for their welfare those making them aren’t willing to provide evidence.
For many researchers the truth is fairly obvious: MUFON has for years been more about ‘covering-up’ than ‘uncovering secrets’ or even investigating sightings.
For those sceptical about UFOs and alien visitation, I must be clear; while we can squabble about the details one thing is certain – That the US and some other governments are aware and totally convinced, and have been for some time, that we are being visited by aliens.
MUFON itself is proof of this. It is well known that MUFON and the elusive Bigelow Aerospace Company are very close collaborators with the Bigelow Group being MUFON’s major source of funds. It is also known that certain information is passed on by MUFON to the Bigelow Group in confidence. Bigelow Aerospace is a real company that really sends stuff into space and, by inference if not outright admission, really uses technology taken from alien spaceships to develop their own products.
The Federal Aviation Authority recently issued a directive noting that they no longer deal with UFO reports and that citizens should now report UFO sightings to Bigelow Aerospace. This effectively makes the Bigelow Group the official US investigators of UFO events. By all accounts Bigelow Aerospace regard UFOs as real and possibly, if not probably, alien in origin. The organisation is known to have expended substantial resources over the years to verify the phenomena: The fact that they clearly remain interested speaks volumes.
Roswell was a probably a cover story designed to do at least three things:
1. Provide cover for secret military operations and experimentation with exotic flight systems.
2. Get people off the scent of what is really happening, ET-wise.
3. Bluff America’s enemies, who like them were well aware that aliens were visiting earth, that they had alien technology (that they might use on them if threatened). Fair enough.
The probable real truth:
1. During the Cold War America, Russia and China were all aware of alien visitation and were all determined to hide this from the public.
2. The Americans, at least, realised that the aliens were peaceful in their intentions.
3. The aliens under no circumstance allowed any humans to get near their technology for the purpose of warfare.
4. The aliens generally avoided all contact with humans and earthly governments. While they allowed their craft to be tracked they fled using flight technology many years ahead of ours if any contact by humans was attempted.
5. Governments knew far less about the topic than many think. Roswell and other related accounts were an American attempt to fool their enemies into thinking that they had established ties with ETs, as alluded to above.
That MUFON, an organisation many suspect is central to the official cover-up, distances itself from Roswell is proof that in a field where it is almost impossible to separate fact from fiction and the multitude of twists and turns is mind-boggling, the veil of secrecy might be slowly lifting.
Expect some incredible revelations in the coming years on the ET issue.
Expect to discover that our alien visitors are peaceful and don’t want to interfere with our development. They want to gradually warm us to the idea of ETs. They might be concerned with our own levels of aggression but it seems, luckily, that they might give us a chance to sort that out.

UFO researchers examine alien footage from Australia
January 28, 2010 by flyboysg2
The footage in the link below is making waves amongst UFO researchers and fans worldwide. It was allegedly taken some years back but only released in the last few days. It supposedly shows an alien that was seen and filmed in outback Australia.
Most UFO researchers are deeply suspicious of the clip and doubt it is real. One of these researchers is Billy Booth, who runs the site www.ufocasebook.com and posted the video with the following note:
‘This is posted here simply because some of our readers asked me to post it so everyone could have a look.
Personally, I believe this is a hoax, but you can make up your own mind.)
A poster from an Australian forum made the following statement:
I found this video quite by accident. It is not the best quality, but I thought I would share it here with you all.
I found it very interesting. Could this be an Australian Grey, or a Australian Aborigine in the outback?’
What do you think?

Multiple witness UFO events in Argentina widely reported photos and video
January 27, 2010 by flyboysg2

A number of UFO sightings that occurred in Argentina late last week and early this week are making the headlines in that country.A number of residents in the province of Santiago del Estero in Argentina reported seeing UFOs overhead last Sunday as well as this Monday. Some witnesses managed to get photos (below).
An alleged video of the event (Link below) has come to light, however many UFO researchers regard this type of footage as merely showing a camera effect or artifact caused by pointing the lens at the sun.
David Soria of and his daughter Florencia of the town of Loreto were outside their home when they say and photographed a strange object overhead.
‘Was it a UFO?, I am not sure’ asked David
A resident of the town of Bandera, Marta, was outside hanging clothes to dry when she saw two unusual objects she described as ‘cylindrical shaped, very bright and brownish in colour’ heading towards a plane.
‘I thought they were going to collide with the aircraft’ she noted.
‘They were doing manoeuvres that seemed impossible for a regular craft’.
The Province of Santiago del Estero is by all accounts a UFO hot-spot and has attracted the attention of agencies that investigate the UFO topic. Some researchers of alien/extraterrestrial affairs claim UFO bases exist in both Argentina and neighbouring Brazil.

Historic Area-51 UFO photo comes to light
January 25, 2010 by flyboysg2

This fascinating UFO related photo was taken by my colleague, Gary Schultz (of Santa Monica) on Wednesday, February 28, 1990, ca. 9:00 p.m., witnessed by his wife, Pearl Schultz.
It was taken near the mailbox at the “mailbox road”, near the 29 1/2 mile marker, Highway 375, Tikaboo Valley, Lincoln County, Nevada.
This spot is very close to the spot where exactly one week earlier (on Wednesday, February 21, 1990) I had brought a Nippon Television crew from Japan to try to document a test-flight of an UFO described to us by Robert Lazar in an interview we had at his residence earlier in Las Vegas).
Gary Schultz took this photo from the dirt road looking due South towards the Jumbled Hills and the Groom Mountains.
He said he used a Nikon Action Touch 35 mm camera (35 mm, f 2.8 lens), exposure unascertainable, 1600 ASA Fujicolor film.
He described this object as possibly an H-PAC (human-piloted alien craft) courtesy of the then existent Project Redlight, U.S. Navy’s alleged covert program near Papoose Lake, a.k.a. Area S-4 (“secret saucer facility”), Nellis Air Force Range, Nevada.
My gratitude goes to Gary Schultz who gave me permission to post his historic photo on YouTube.

The day a giant UFO visited our army base
January 25, 2010 by flyboysg2
In the year 1998 I was a Chinese army recruit stationed at the Guanxi Border. I and another comrade were doing guard duty one night, manning two different parts of our base. At one point I had a sudden and desperate urge for a cigarette and went back to our sleeping quarters to look for one. As I entered the room an eerie purple light filled the room, it appeared as it if it was being shone from outside. I ran outside to see what was there and noticed that a few other comrades who were obviously not asleep noticed the light and came outside too.
In the sky was an object, a possible UFO coloured the most dazzling purple light. Most amazing was its size: It was as big as two football fields however due to the glowing radiance around the UFO it was hard to make out a particular shape. The sound coming from the craft was completely different to that of any aircraft I had encountered and reminded by vibrating thin metal. I was not scared but felt rather strange: it really was like a scene from a science fiction movie. Then the object accelerated and shot of almost instantaneously. Me and my comrades remained stunned and as the object left the power in our base cut out. It was restored the next day and no explanations were ever given for the power-out.
I do feel in my heart that what I saw was not of earthly origin but rather an extraterrestrial craft

Incredible UFO allegedly filmed above Montevideo, Uruguay
A reader has sent in the following UFO footage allegedly taken recently in Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay. We know little about the footage beyond this.
Some UFO researchers who have viewed the footage have compared the object seen in it to the ‘Pyramid’ UFO recently seen above the Kremlin.
Other researchers have insisted that it is almost certainly a computer generated hoax.
Uruguay is definitely a UFO hot spot. Recently Uruguay’s Air Force, who are entrusted with the task of investigating UFO reports, declassified and released all their previously top-secret files on this matter.
The head of the Air Force’s UFO commission Col. Ariel Sanchez noted that ‘The UFO phenomenon exists and I must stress that the Air Force does not reject an extraterrestrial hypothesis based on our scientific analysis.’
